Credentials

I bring over 7 years of experience in behaviour change and solution-focused practice, delivering training as a coach and facilitator grounded in real-world practice. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Approaches and I am a qualified Occupational Therapist.

I am currently completing Levels 1–4 in Solution-Focused Practice with BRIEF to add to my knowledge. Enrolled in the ICF-accredited Insight Coaching Community programme.
