Training: Conversations That change
Team coaching
Supporting teams to change how they work together, not just what they talk about.
Team coaching focuses on how teams interact, respond to challenge, and make progress, particularly when things feel stuck, tense, or unproductive.
I work with teams to:
improve how issues are discussed (without blame or avoidance)
surface unspoken assumptions or patterns
strengthen shared responsibility and ownership
support learning from mistakes rather than defensiveness
The emphasis is on real working behaviour, meetings, decisions, communication, and follow-through, not abstract “team building”.
This work is especially relevant for teams under pressure, in transition, or experiencing drift in engagement or trust.
Solution-Focused Training
Practical training in solution-focused approaches for real-world work settings.
I deliver training in solution-focused ways of thinking and working — designed for professionals, teams, and organisations who want more effective conversations and less time stuck in problems.
Training typically explores:
how language shapes behaviour and outcomes
how to move conversations forward without oversimplifying
how to work with problems without getting trapped in them
how to support responsibility, agency, and progress
Sessions are interactive and grounded in real examples, not theory-heavy. The focus is on practical application in day-to-day work — particularly in people-facing or leadership roles.

Putting it in practice
“I was eager to include this approach in my practice. It helps my patients remember what they are doing well, even when they feel rock bottom. I feel more confident, and they can see the light, too.”
