With over 5 years of experience in team development and solution-focused leadership, I bring a grounded, practical approach to every session. Former line manager, team coach and behaviour change specialist. BRIEF Levels 1–4 in Solution Focused Practice (in progress). Currently completing ICF-accredited coaching programme with Insight Coaching Community
