Coaching, Workshops & Leadership Programmes for Teams

Work with me

Two ways to work together

For you as a leader, for your team, or both

Most people who reach out are dealing with some mix of the two, a leadership habit that needs to shift, and a team dynamic that needs to change alongside it. Here's how each works.

PART ONE: For you — Coaching

When something keeps not moving, coaching creates the space to understand why

Whether you're leading a team, growing a business, or facing a decision that really matters, it helps to have somewhere to think it through honestly, without needing to have it all figured out first.

You already have more answers than you think

The difficult conversation. The delegation. The decision you keep circling back to. The boundary you know you need. Coaching isn't about giving you more answers, it's about creating the conditions where you can actually act on the ones you already have.

What people bring to coaching

People, usually come to coaching somewhere in the middle of it: carrying every decision themselves, avoiding a conversation they know needs to happen, or leading a change that isn't quite landing the way they hoped. If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly who this is for.

This might be coaching for you, or for someone on your leadership team, a manager who needs to build confidence delegating, or someone stepping into a role where the old way of leading isn't quite working anymore.

How I work

  • Understand what's happening — we'll explore what's keeping things stuck, not just what you want to happen.
  • Discover what's being protected — using behaviour change approaches and The Ministry of Not Yet, we'll understand the protective patterns underneath the hesitation.
  • Move forward — together we'll identify practical next steps that feel possible, not perfect.

Coaching can help you

People often leave coaching having found some combination of the following:

✓ greater clarity

✓ more confidence making decisions

✓ difficult conversations completed

✓ stronger boundaries

✓ better delegation

✓ renewed momentum

✓ greater ownership across their team

Neville had known for years that he wanted to move his business abroad, but one decision kept sitting there unresolved. Every time he got close to moving it forward, something pulled him back. He knew what information he needed but felt like he'd be asking too much, like he was being pushy. In one session we slowed down enough to see what was actually happening underneath. He left having drafted the message he needed to send, the one that would help him finally decide whether this was the right move. The next day he sent it.

"You helped me choose just one thing without feeling like I'm disappearing or I don't matter. I feel a lot less heavy. A lot more focused"

Neville, Founder

Sadiah came to me mid-rebrand with a team pulling in different directions. Everyone had ideas, some wanted to keep things as they were, and opening the floor to the group wasn't getting anyone anywhere. What felt difficult was being directive, taking the lead rather than asking the team to generate ideas first. In the session she realised that presenting her own clear ideas to the team for their input, rather than starting with a blank page brainstorm, was both the more effective approach and the one she actually had the confidence to lead.

"I have actionable steps. You encouraged me to narrow it down to just one thing, and that one thing feels pivotal for everything else."

Sadiah, Founder

PART TWO: For your team — Workshops, Programmes & Mentoring

Change doesn't happen because people attended a workshop

It happens because people leave thinking differently, and then behave differently. That's why every session is practical and discussion-led, built around the real challenges your organisation is actually facing, not hypothetical case studies.

How I can help

Workshops, programmes and mentoring each do a different job, and most organisations end up needing more than one at different points.

Workshops introduce the thinking , practical sessions on behaviour change, The Ministry of Not Yet, and how to have better conversations around change. They build awareness quickly, and they're often where the shift starts.

Leadership programmes build on that over time. Longer-form (often four half-days) and structured around learning, practice and reflection, they're for organisations who want to go deeper than a single session allows.

Mentoring comes in once training has finished, supporting leaders as they embed what they've learned into everyday decisions and conversations. This is where confidence turns into habit. Unlike coaching, which works through someone's own individual challenges, mentoring focuses on applying what's already been introduced.

Why previous programmes didn't stick

Most leadership development teaches people new skills. Skills fade, especially when people are busy, and there's nothing built in to make them repeat. I focus on changing the conversations people have every day instead. When conversations change, decisions change. Relationships change. Habits change. That's why the improvements are far more likely to become part of how your organisation actually works, rather than something everyone quietly stops doing a few months after the training ends.

A conversation framework your team actually keeps using

Alongside the Ministry, every workshop and programme includes a simple Solution-Focused structure for conversations, one that works in a 1:1, a performance review, or a meeting about where the business is heading. It's built to be repeated, not memorised for one afternoon and then forgotten, which is exactly where most training falls down. If a course has ever quietly stopped being used a few months after your team went on it, this is built to answer that directly, not just introduce another good idea.

It's not only for conversations with other people, either. Used on yourself, especially when you're the one planning a big decision, it works just as well, which is exactly what keeps it in regular use, rather than something you only reach for occasionally.

Poppy attended a two day Solution-Focused practice training program and reflected on how practical the skills were for the conversations she was having.

"I put this approach into practice right away... [conversations] feel lighter, more focused, and more importantly they feel genuine, fluent and really powerful.'"

— Poppy, PCN Support

For your leadership team: This isn't a box-ticking exercise or a new set of rules handed down. It gives everyone a simple conversational structure they can use in five minutes in a corridor, one that makes their own jobs easier and reduces their own burnout, not just something done to them.

Popular workshop themes

  • Understanding resistance — why capable people still hesitate; introducing The Ministry of Not Yet
  • Leading change — helping teams move from agreement to action
  • Teams that solve more problems without waiting for the leader — practical behaviour change skills using motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches
  • Leadership confidence — building ownership, delegation and accountability

After a leadership programme, clients typically see managers delegating with more confidence, fewer repeated conversations about the same issue, and clearer accountability across the team.

What happens first

We begin by understanding where decisions are getting stuck, what conversations keep repeating, and what's being protected beneath those patterns. Together we decide whether coaching, workshops, or a combination will create the quickest movement, starting with whatever's costing you the most energy right now, so you see movement quickly, not months of exploring.

Built around what you actually need

Every organisation is different, so rather than delivering the same workshop every time, I design around the conversations, leadership challenges and organisational changes you're navigating. That can mean a 90-minute introduction, a half-day or full-day session, a multi-session leadership programme, ongoing mentoring alongside training, or a bespoke mix built specifically around your team.

Leadership programme (four half-days, up to 10 staff): £2,000 — most teams start here

Half-day / full-day workshop: £600/£1,000 - up to 10 staff

90 minute introduction workshop: £300 up to 10 staff

If I don't think this is the right fit for your team, I'll tell you before we start, not after you've paid for it.

Let's start the conversation

Every organisation faces different challenges, so I don't believe in forcing people into off-the-shelf programmes. We'll start by understanding what's changing, what's getting stuck, and what you're hoping will be different, then decide together whether coaching, a workshop, a programme, mentoring, or some mix of these is the right fit.
